During his rodeo days he turned pals with Gerald and Ken Roberts and lived with the Roberts household off and on for a number of years. He is survived by his mother and father, Bryant and Judy Pierce; sisters, Abby Blackwell (Scott), Kacie Vega (Nicholas) and Jamie Pierce (Blake); grandmother, Elsie Cavalier; nieces, Maddie and Gracie; nephews, Kale, Ayden and Carson; and nanny, Kathy Cavalier.
